Our external reality is a reflection of our internal reality. The 3D plane is the only place where there is an “external” and “internal”. In higher realms, all is ONE and all is known. There is nothing hidden or secret. All energy MUST be expressed, whether conscious or unconscious. So all of our unconscious energy we are unaware of, is what is constantly creating our reality.
